Price Match Promise
Our Price Match Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
Eligible Competitors: We will only match sash and case window quotes from reputable and VAT register Edinburgh-based companies.
Product Match: The product must be identical in every way, including materials, design, and specifications. Price matching applies to timber windows only.
Inclusive Pricing: The quoted price must include both manufacturing, installation and full paint and mastic costs.
Minimum Quantity: The Price Match Guarantee applies only when purchasing 4 to 20 units.
No Additional Discounts: Price matches exclude any promotional offers, discounts, or bundled pricing from the competitor.
Quote Submission: To validate the match, a formal quote from the qualifying competitor must be submitted to us.
Survey Confirmation: A survey must be carried out by our team to confirm the window condition and the work required matches the competitors.
We reserve the right to decline a price match if, after conducting an on-site assessment, we find that the window conditions or the scope of work significantly differ from what is outlined in the competitor’s quote. Additionally, we will not match prices if the competitor’s pricing is below what we consider reasonable market value.
